You can be a five-star personality and still land here. This is the zone for the ones who hold three or more stars — real conduct — but flunk one of the two critical Articles: getting the money out (Open Books) or honoring the vote (Free & Fair Elections). Merit doesn’t buy back a non-negotiable.
- Summer school for Civics.
- Watch every Schoolhouse Rock episode — five times.
- Submit a one-page report — due before the end of the year.
Clear the critical Article you missed and the door reopens. That part is entirely up to you.
