The Judiciary — the federal bench

Every federal judge — Supreme Court, the thirteen circuits, and the district courts — measured against the seven Articles adapted for the bench: ethics & recusal, fidelity to democracy, temperament, reason, honesty, independence, integrity. Party-blind: an originalist and a living-constitutionalist start dead even, and only conduct is scored.

The ethics failures aren’t spread through the judiciary — they’re concentrated at the top. The higher the court, the worse the conduct.
